Neighborhood Bancorp is the parent corporation, overseeing operations of each of the entities listed below. Our Management explores and develops strategic opportunities for Neighborhood National Bank (NNB), Neighborhood Opportunities Corporation (NOC) and Neighborhood Capital Advisors (NCA), and works actively in the communities served to enhance the achievement of the overall mission.

Our organizational mission, which we carry out through our subsidiaries and affiliates, is to balance the goal of profitability and facilitate economic development by:

• Creating employment through job creation and assisting entrepreneurial efforts;
• Improving and increasing affordable housing;
• Assisting in the economic development of low and moderate-income communities.

Neighborhood Bancorp also has an affiliate called, Neighborhood Opportunities Corporation (NOC), which in a non-profit Literacy Programs that serves low to moderate-income communities in the San Diego area.
