Board of Directors/Executive Officers

Neighborhood National Bank (NNB) and Neighborhood Bancorp’s (NB) Board of Directors are made up primarily of individuals who work and/or reside in the target market. The combined boards of NNB and NB’s Board of Directors consists of 9 individuals, including representatives of businesses and organizations serving the target community.

The Bank's Board of Directors is responsible for the safety and soundness of the Bank, as well as ensuring that the Bank carries out its mission and social responsibility goals while remaining profitable. All members of the Bank’s Board of Directors are committed to helping the underserved communities of San Diego and are significantly involved in community-oriented activities throughout San Diego County.  At Neighborhood National Bank we wanted a Board of Directors that is reflective of the community we serve, so we ensured that both women and ethnic minorities were given prominent roles on our Board.
