Neighborhood National Bank knows that your financial information is personal. We will always value the trust of our customers and the importance of keeping their personal financial information confidential.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

Neighborhood National Bank collects, retains, and uses the information that we gather for several purposes:

MAINTAINING ACCURATE INFORMATION

Procedures have been established to ensure that your financial information not only remains private, but accurate, current and complete. If at any time you discover any inaccurate information, please contact us. We will respond to requests by you to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner. Also, you are asked to closely review your account and loan statements and contact us immediately if you believe that there has been any form of improper access to your accounts.

INTERNAL CONTROLS

First and foremost, we limit the access to your information only to those employees with a need for knowing such information. Employees are educated to understand the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. Second, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards and regulations to guard your information.

RESTRICTIONS ON DISCLOSING INFORMATION TO PARTIES OUTSIDE OUR BANK
Neighborhood National Bank does not provide specific information about our customers or former customers to third parties unless:

  1. You authorize or request it,
  2.  The information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated by you,
  3.  The information is provided to a reputable credit reporting agency,
  4.  The disclosure is fully permitted or required,
  5.  The information is being provided in conjunction with the sale of a loan or account, or
  6.  To offer products and services through certain vendors with whom we have contractual relationships. 

We do not sell our customer or former customer lists to catalogs, direct mail companies, magazines or their non-financial service providers.

USE OF "DO NOT" CALL REGISTRIES


NNB is required to keep a list of phone numbers of clients who have specifically asked not be called.  The bank-specific list, federal list and state list must be consulted prior to calling consumers to ensure their privacy under the law. 

Our online privacy policy is updated periodically. When you access our website, notification of changes to our Online Privacy Policy will be communicated through our Online Home Page.
